Applying for a loan is the process of formally requesting financial assistance from the organization.
The User Roles page in the greytHR Admin portal provides the option for managers to apply for loans on behalf of team members.
To view the User Roles page, click Settings icon > User Administration > User > User Roles.
To enable/disable the Apply Loan on Behalf of Employee option for managers, perform the following actions:
On the User Roles page, select the required user card and click the Edit icon. A form appears.
From the Category dropdown list, select the option Select Category.
Using the Search box, search for Apply Loan on Behalf of Employee. The table appears with the Read Access and Write Access columns.
Select the Read Access and Write Access options using the checkbox.
Click Save to enable the option.
After you enable the option, the managers can now apply for loans on behalf of their team members.
