Customize employees' leaving reasons

Updated inΒ February- 2024 |Β Subscribe to watch greytHR how-to video

An employee can leave your organization for multiple reasons, such as sickness, transfer, resignation, retirement, termination, and death in service. Customizing employees' leaving reasons in a software application allows you to tailor the available options for employees when they indicate their reason for leaving the company. This customization helps capture accurate and relevant data about why employees are departing.

The Leaving Reason page in the greytHR Admin portal allows you to customize the reasons your employees leave your organization and add a code. The options you set up on the page reflect in the employee module's Separation page.Β

To view the Leaving Reason page, click the Settings icon > System Settings > Employee > Leaving Reason.

⚠️ We recommend you to contact the greytHR support team before making any changes in settings.
