In situations such as an employee’s termination, resignation, long-term absence, or when immediate access restriction is required for compliance or security reasons, HR teams need to promptly control system access.
The Disable Employee Access option in greytHR allows admins to restrict an employee’s login and ESS access without deleting their records, ensuring employee data remains available for payroll processing, statutory compliance, and audit purposes.
To disable an employee's ESS portal access, from the greytHR Admin portal, on the Home page, in the Search Actions search box, enter the keyword Disable Portal Access. The Disable Portal Access page opens.Â
In the select an employee search box, enter the name/number of the employee for whom you want to disable the ESS portal access.
Click the Disable button to disable the ESS portal access. A success message appears.
