greytHR’s Super Plan vs. Growth Plan: What’s the Difference?

Updated in March- 2024 | Subscribe to watch greytHR how-to video

As you may be aware, our pricing and plans for customers are changing soon (i.e., on invoices generated from 31st March onwards).

We understand you currently subscribe to our Super Plan for your needs and are considering a move to the equivalent new plan - Growth.

Moving from Super to Growth: Cost and Feature Differences

Here’s a detailed comparison of the two plans that will help you to assess if the move from your current Super Plan to the new Growth Plan is a good fit for your organization.

Breaking It Down

Feature Differences

The value you get from each of these plans varies significantly, with two major modules - Employee Onboarding and Employee Exit Management - coming bundled to you in the new Growth Plan. That is, these come at no additional cost in the Growth Plan.

In the current Super Plan, however, these can only be availed as add-ons to the basic plan, available at INR 50/user/month (PUPM = INR 50).

Cost Differences

We have revised all aspects of greytHR’s pricing. To break down the differences in costing between the current Super Plan and the new Growth Plan:

  • Minimum Monthly Cost: You’re paying a minimum monthly cost (or Base Cost or SMP) of INR 2495 for the Super Plan whereas that for the new Growth Plan stands at INR 5495.

  • Bundled Employees: The Super Plan comes with no bundled employees whereas the Growth Plan comes bundled with 50 employees. That is, if you’re on the Growth Plan, you need to pay no additional cost over the Minimum Monthly Cost for up to 50 employees.

  • PEPM (Per Employee Per Month Cost): From the 51st employee onwards, Growth Plan subscribers pay INR 60, whereas Super Plan subscribers pay INR 40 from their very first employee onwards.

  • Add-Ons: Additionally, those on the current Super Plan pay a PUPM (Per User Per Month Cost) - the cost attached to every Admin User of greytHR - of INR 50 for each of the two add-ons, i.e., Employee Onboarding and Employee Exit Management. This cost is not applicable to the new Growth Plan as both these add-ons come bundled with the basic plan.
