Configure Geofence Office Locator feature in greytHR mobile app

In the new hybrid or work-from-home working model, employees are scattered. In such cases, it can be challenging for HR personnel to accurately track their employees' work locations. 

To fight the fire of inaccuracy, the Geofence Office Locator feature is available in the greytHR mobile app too. The feature records the employees’ latitude and longitude details with precision. This flexibility ensures accurate and efficient monitoring of attendance data while adapting to changing circumstances, such as remote work or on-site attendance.

Configuring the Office Locator feature in the greytHR mobile app includes the following steps:

  1. Admin generates access code and sends it to the employees via SMS.

  2. Employee enters access code and configures the Geofence Location settings.

Admin can view the configured location in the Setup Guide page.
