Unite is an integrated marketplace within the greytHR platform, offering corporate customers and employees access to curated third-party products and services, all conveniently accessible within the greytHR ecosystem.
Unite introduces ClearTax, an integrated tax filing app within greytHR. This app facilitates simplified tax filing for your employees. As an admin, you can view the following tabs on the app:
About: This tab displays the information to understand ClearTax.
Pricing: This tab displays the different pricing plans.
Support: This tab displays the contact information of the support representative.
FAQ: This tab provides the answers to common questions for ClearTax.
Reviews: This tab allows you to write a review and provide feedback.

Provide employees with attractive discounts on tax filing services.
Easy Income Tax Returns (ITR) filing.
To navigate to the ClearTax app, click Unite by greytHR > Tax category > ClearTax.
You can perform the following actions on the ClearTax app:
Enable ClearTax for employees.
Request meeting with ClearTax representative.
Disable ClearTax for employees.
Update company profile.
As an admin, you must enable the ClearTax app for your employees making it easy for them to file their income tax returns. It is important to note that ClearTax does not require any information to be derived from greytHR.
To enable ClearTax, perform the following actions:
On the Unite by greytHR page, under All Apps, select the Tax category. The ClearTax app displays.
On the ClearTax card, click View Details. The card opens.
Click Enable. A form appears.
Read the Electronic Consent Form to share Customer/Employee Information with third-party service provider.
Click the Yes, I have understood the above clarification and permit greytHR to share above listed information with ClearTax checkbox.
Click the I am interested. Please contact me checkbox.
Click Accept & Proceed to enable the application. The App is Active message displays.
Note: After enabling, the app becomes visible to the employees in their ESS portals
We recommend you fully understand the app by browsing through the About, Pricing, Support, and FAQ tabs. For more information, you can request a meeting with the ClearTax representative.
To request a meeting to understand more about an app, perform the following actions:
On the Unite by greytHR page, under All Apps, select the Tax category. The ClearTax app displays.
On the ClearTax card, click View Details. The card opens.
Click Request Meeting. A pop-up appears.
From the Reason for the meeting dropdown list, select the required reason.
In the Agenda for the meeting textbox, enter the agenda.
Under Book your slots, from the Slot 1 dropdown calendar, select a date.
From the Time dropdown list, select the required time slot.
Note: Similarly, select the Date and Time for Slot 2 and Slot 3.
Click Next to confirm your contact details.
Under the Provide Contact Details section, enter details such as Name, Email, Phone Number, and Company Name.
Click Submit. The Meeting has been requested successfully and a confirmation email has been sent message appears.
Once you book the meeting, the selected app representative will give you a slot on the selected date and time. Kindly note that greytHR is not part of the booking and demo process.
To disable the ClearTax application, perform the following actions:
On the Unite by greytHR page, under All Apps, select the Tax category. The ClearTax app displays.
On the ClearTax card, click View Details. The card opens.
Click the Settings icon available on the right side of the page. The page displays the Company Profile and Access Control tabs.
Under the Access Control tab, in the Disable App section, click the Disable App and Revoke Access for All (Including Admins) option. A pop-up appears.
Click Yes. Employees can no longer view the disabled application in their ESS portal.
On the Unite by greytHR page, under All Apps, select the Tax category. The ClearTax app displays.
On the ClearTax card, click View Details. The card opens.
Click the Settings icon available on the right side of the page. The page displays the Company Profile and Access Control tabs.
Under the Company Profile tab, enter the details such as Company Website, GSTIN, Industry, State, City, and Contact Details.
Click Save to update the company profile information. A success message appears.
