Streamline hiring with Unite's Recruitment apps

The greytHR platform features Unite, which functions as a marketplace offering third-party products and services. These are accessible directly within the greytHR ecosystem, available to both corporate customers and their employees.

Unite offers a varied range of recruitment apps that streamline the hiring process for HR admins. These apps centralize candidate information, automate tasks such as scheduling and communication, and enhance collaboration among hiring teams. These tools reduce time-to-hire and improve the quality of hires by facilitating a more organized and efficient recruitment workflow.

Following are the recruitment apps offered by Unite:

  • LueinHire

  • OfferRight

Let us understand what LueinHire offers. 

LueinHire revolutionizes the hiring process with a fast, fair, and bias-free all-in-one platform that can reduce hiring costs by up to 85%. It simplifies talent acquisition from job creation to candidate selection, enhancing the candidate experience and streamlining workflows. The platform offers seamless integration and one-click onboarding. This significantly reduces dependency on consulting agencies and addresses key hiring challenges.

The following are the benefits of LueinHire:

To navigate to the LueinHire app, click Unite by greytHR > Recruitment category > LueinHire.

You can view the following tabs on the app:

  • About: This tab displays the information to understand LueinHire. 

  • Integration: This tab displays information about access to service, data sync, single sign-on, automation for account creation and deletion, and an upcoming feature for consolidated billing. 

  • Pricing: This tab displays the various pricing plans to choose from.

  • Support: This tab displays the contact information of the support representative. 

  • FAQ: This tab provides the answers to common questions for LueinHire.

  • Reviews: This tab allows you to write a review and provide feedback. 

You can perform the following actions on the LueinHire app:

  1. Get started with LueinHire.

  2. Contact the LueinHire app representative.

  3. Disable LueinHire.

  4. Update company profile.

Get started with LueinHire 

To enable the LueinHire, perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, click Unite by greytHR.

  2. On the Unite by greytHR page, under All Apps, select the Recruitment category. The page displays the recruitment apps available.

  3. Select the LueinHire card and click View Details. The card opens. 

  4. Click Get Started. The Please fill your Company Details form appears.

  5. Enter the details such as Name of Contact, Email of Contact, Phone Number, and GSTIN to share with LueinHire. 

  6. Click I Agree to the Terms of Service for this application checkbox after reading all the terms and conditions.

  7. Click ACCET & PROCEED to get started with the application.
    Note: LueinHire grants you access to their application within 24 to 48 hours until then the status will be Pending Approval. After approval, you will be directed to the LueinHire dashboard.

Contact LueinHire app representative

We recommend you fully understand the app by browsing through the About, Integration, Pricing, Support, and FAQ tabs. For more information, you can contact the LueinHire app representative.

To contact the LueinHire app representative, perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, click Unite by greytHR.

  2. On the Unite by greytHR page, under All Apps, select the Recruitment category. The LueinHire app displays.

  3. On the LueinHire card, click View Details. The card opens.

  4. Click Contact App. A pop-up appears.

  5. From the Reason for the meeting dropdown list, select the required reason.

  6. In the Agenda for the meeting textbox, enter the agenda.

  7. Under Book your slots, from the Slot 1 dropdown calendar, select a date.

  8. From the Time dropdown list, select the required time slot.
    Note: Similarly, select the Date and Time for Slot 2 and Slot 3.

  9. Click Next to confirm your contact details.

  10. Under the Provide Contact Details section, enter details such as Name, Email, Phone Number, and Company Name.

  11. Click Submit. The Meeting has been requested successfully and a confirmation email has been sent message appears. 

Once you book the meeting, the selected app representative will give you a slot on the selected date and time. Kindly note that greytHR is not part of the booking and demo process. 

Disable LueinHire

To disable the LueinHire application, perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, click Unite by greytHR.

  2. On the Unite by greytHR page, under All Apps, select the Recruitment category. The LueinHire app displays.

  3. On the LueinHire card, click View Details. The card opens.

  4. Click the Settings icon available on the right side of the page. The page displays the Company Profile and Access Control tabs.

  5. Under the Access Control tab, in the Disable App section, click the Disable App and Revoke Access for All (Including Admins) option. A pop-up appears.

  6. Click Yes to disable the application.

Update company profile

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, click Unite by greytHR.

  2. On the Unite by greytHR page, under All Apps, select the Recruitment category. The LueinHire app displays.

  3. On the LueinHire card, click View Details. The card opens.

  4. Click the Settings icon available on the right side of the page. The page displays the Company Profile and Access Control tabs.

  5. Under the Company Profile tab, enter the details such as Company Name, Company Website, GSTIN, Industry, State, City, and Contact Details.

  6. Click Save & Proceed to update the company profile information. A success message appears.
