The greytHR platform integrates Unite, serving as a marketplace. It offers third-party products and services that are available to greytHR's corporate customers and their employees who can access them directly within the greytHR ecosystem.
As an HR admin, background verification plays a critical role in accurately verifying employees' credentials and history, protecting the workplace from potential risks, and securing the credibility of the hiring process.
Following are the background verification apps offered by Unite:
SpringVerify
InstaVeritas
SmartOnboard
WorkVerify
Let us now explore each of these applications.
With Unite’s SpringVerify background verification app, you can ensure to find any fraudulent employees associated with your organization. SpringVerify offers comprehensive features for managing background verification, including adding candidates, tracking progress, and handling reports and payments.
You can view the following tabs on the app:
About: This tab displays the information to understand SpringVerify.
Integration: This tab displays information about access to service, data sync for employee updates, single sign-on, automated background verification triggers for new hires, and an upcoming feature for consolidated billing.
Pricing: This tab displays the various pricing plans to choose from.
Support: This tab displays the contact information of the support representative.
FAQ: This tab provides the answers to common questions for SpringVerify.
Reviews: This tab allows you to write a review and provide feedback.

To navigate to the SpringVerify app, click Unite by greytHR > Background Verification category > SpringVerify.
You can perform the following actions on the SpringVerify app:
Get started with SpringVerify.
Contact SpringVerify app representative.
Disable SpringVerify.
Update company profile.
To enable the SpringVerify, perform the following actions:
On the Unite by greytHR page, under All Apps, select the Background Verification category. The page displays the various background verification apps available.
Select the SpringVerify card and click View Details. The card opens.
Click Enable/Get Started. A form appears.
Read the Electronic Consent Form to share Customer/Employee Information with third-party service provider.
Enter the details such as Name of Contact, Email of Contact, Phone Number, and GSTIN to share with SpringVerify.
Click the Yes, I have understood the above clarification and permit greytHR to share above listed information with SpringVerify checkbox.
Click the I am interested. Please contact me checkbox.
Click Accept & Proceed to get started with the application.
Note: SpringVerify grants you access to their application within 24 to 48 hours until then the status will be Pending Approval. After approval, you will be directed to the SpringVerify dashboard.

To contact the SpringVerify app representative, perform the following actions:
On the Unite by greytHR page, under All Apps, select the Background Verification category. The SpringVeirfy app displays.
On the SpringVeirfy card, click View Details. The card opens.
Click Contact App. A pop-up appears.
From the Reason for the meeting dropdown list, select the required reason.
In the Agenda for the meeting textbox, enter the agenda.
Under Book your slots, from the Slot 1 dropdown calendar, select a date.
From the Time dropdown list, select the required time slot.
Note: Similarly, select the Date and Time for Slot 2 and Slot 3.
Click Next to confirm your contact details.
Under the Provide Contact Details section, enter details such as Name, Email, Phone Number, and Company Name.
Click Submit. The Meeting has been requested successfully and a confirmation email has been sent message appears.
Once you book the meeting, the selected app representative will give you a slot on the selected date and time. Kindly note that greytHR is not part of the booking and demo process.
To disable the SpringVerify application, perform the following actions:
On the Unite by greytHR page, under All Apps, select the Background Verification category. The SpringVerify app displays.
On the SpringVerify card, click View Details. The card opens.
Click the Settings icon available on the right side of the page. The page displays the Company Profile and Access Control tabs.
Under the Access Control tab, in the Disable App section, click the Disable App and Revoke Access for All (Including Admins) option. A pop-up appears.
Click Yes to disable the application.
On the Unite by greytHR page, under All Apps, select the Background Verification category. The SpringVerify app displays.
On the SpringVerify card, click View Details. The card opens.
Click the Settings icon available on the right side of the page. The page displays the Company Profile and Access Control tabs.
Under the Company Profile tab, enter the details such as Company Website, GSTIN, Industry, State, City, and Contact Details.
Click Save & Proceed to update the company profile information. A success message appears.
Like SpringVerify, Unite also integrates with the BGV application InstaVeritas. Within InstaVeritas, you can perform the same functions as with SpringVerify, including Get Started, Contact an InstaVeritas representative, Disable InstaVeritas, and Update Company Profile.
