Reviewing and adjusting employees' leave balances promotes fairness, transparency, and compliance while maintaining accurate records and enabling effective leave management within the organization.
The Leave Recalculator page in the greytHR Admin portal allows you to recalculate the leave for the resigned employees. This is usually done after the employee has completed the notice period and before the full and final settlement is processed. The page displays the Employee Name, Employee Number, and Leaving Date.
To view the Leave Recalculator page, from the greytHR Admin portal, hover over the 9 dots and select Leave and Attendance > Admin > Leave Recalculator.
To recalculate the leave details of the employees, from the greytHR Admin portal, hover over the 9 dots and select Leave and Attendance > Admin > Leave Recalculator.

On the Leave Recalculator page, using the Status, Employee, and Leaving Date dropdown filters, customize your search.
From the table of contents, select the employees using the checkbox for whom you want to recalculate the leave.
Click the Recalculate Leave button to recalculate the leave.
The Leave Recalculator helps administrators recompute leave balances for employees, especially after resignation, ensuring accurate leave records before final settlement.
