   With the latest enhancement in Performance Management, admins can now configure various recommendation types such as salary adjustments, position changes, transfers, Personal Development Plans (PDPs), and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs). Admins also have the flexibility to control the visibility of these recommendations for employees. Each recommendation follows a thorough multi-level review process.

2. Enhancement: Attachments in Check-Ins & Comments
   This enhancement simplifies collaboration by enabling the easy sharing of relevant documents, keeping all materials in one place. This feature allows users to attach files such as PDFs, DOCs, XLS, PNGs, and ZIPs directly within check-ins and review comments.

3. Enhancement: A New Role – PMS Admin
   A new user role called PMS Admin has been introduced to streamline access and management of key features in the system. The PMS Admin role includes access to essential categories such as Performance Management System (PMS), Performance Goal Plans, and Performance Review Cycles, all of which are enabled by default.

Payroll

1. Enhancement: Kerala Professional Tax Slabs Updated for October 2024 Payroll
   The Kerala Professional Tax slabs have been revised in line with the latest regulations and updated in greytHR to ensure compliance. This update guarantees accurate payroll calculations for employees in Kerala. The new tax slabs will be automatically applied to all payrolls starting from 1st October 2024.

2. Enhancement: Independent Payroll Repository Transfer via Export/Import
   The feature enables payroll admins to export and import payroll repositories across accounts without relying on DevOps. Admins can export repository data to an Excel file and import it into the desired account, ensuring only payroll-specific data is transferred.

3. Enhancement: IT Declaration Updates Made by Admins Now Visible in ESS
   A new 'IT Declarations Plan Importer' in the Excel Import section allows payroll admins to upload employee IT declarations efficiently. These updates are made accessible to employees via the Employee Self-Service (ESS) portal.

1. Enhancement: Centralized Support Ticket Tracking with Freshdesk Integration
   gtPRO users can now effortlessly track all client support tickets in a single location, thanks to the integration with Freshdesk. This eliminates the hassle of managing multiple logins or sifting through emails, streamlining ticket management for enhanced efficiency and convenience.

2. Enhancement: Excel Export for gtPRO Tables

   Managing background verification (BGV) is now simpler than ever with the new update integrating BGV vendors directly into the greytHR admin portal. This feature enables automatic updates of BGV status, verification dates, and final reports within each employee's profile, eliminating the need to navigate to the BGV dashboard. Additionally, final BGV reports are automatically stored in employee documents, reducing manual efforts.
