Now, by defining a performance period—such as an annual cycle—you can link quarterly goals and annual reviews, ensuring all performance activities are aligned and focused on the same objectives.

  8. Enhancement: Deletion of Accepted/Acknowledged Letters (June)
    A new user role has been introduced, enabling the deletion of letters sent for acceptance or acknowledgment, including those in pending or accepted statuses. Confirmation popups will ensure intentional deletion. This feature is enabled by default for admin and majordomo roles, allowing admins to delete letters published to employees.

  9. Enhancement: Auto Status Update for Contract Expiry (June)
    The contract expiry status feature automatically updates an employee’s contract status to "Expired" once the contract end date has passed. This update is reflected across employee contract information, the contract listing page, and can be imported/exported via Excel and Query Builder. This automation improves accuracy, reduces manual updates, and ensures real-time contract status reflection.

  10. Enhancement: First Hire Date Capturing in Employee Profiles (June)
    A new option has been added to capture the First Hire Date in employee profiles. This option is unchecked by default unless the Multi-Company feature is enabled. This enhancement ensures accurate recording of the first hire date based on company settings, improving the completeness and accuracy of employee records.

  11. Enhancement: Admin Ability to Add Login ID via Employee Profile (May)
    Admins now have the ability to add or change employee login IDs directly within the employee profile. This ensures accurate and editable login ID management without relying solely on the Excel importer.

  12. Enhancement: Filter Assets Based on Status in ESS (May)
    Employees can now filter their assets by status directly from the View My Info > Assets section in ESS. A new Asset Status dropdown menu allows users to select from available statuses, with Received selected by default. This update simplifies asset tracking and management, enhancing organization and user experience.
