The Document Preview feature, allows users to easily preview PDF documents without the need to download them. This enhancement provides quick access to important information while eliminating the burden of managing additional files on their devices.

Enhancement: Enhanced Security with Download Restriction on Company Policies, Forms and Documents: Control Access with Role-Based Permissions
To further strengthen security and access control, the Download Restriction feature uses specific codes to manage download permissions. The admins can now restrict the downloading of documents, company policies, and forms to ensure the careful handling of sensitive and confidential information.
These restrictions, which apply across the ESS and admin portals, minimize the risk of unauthorized distribution or misuse for admins, managers, and employees.
