The LWF is a statutory fund mandated by certain jurisdictions to provide welfare benefits and facilities to workers. These policies outline the rules, regulations, and procedures governing the administration and utilization of the LWF.
By viewing the organization's LWF policies, individuals can understand the specific guidelines and requirements related to the fund. This may include information on eligibility criteria for employees to avail of the welfare benefits, the types of benefits covered, the contribution rates, procedures for submitting claims, and any relevant deadlines or documentation requirements.
The LWF Policies page in the greytHR Admin portal helps you to view the policies related to labour welfare fund (LWF) for each state. The page displays the frequency of contribution (monthly/quarterly), and the month when the LWF contribution started. You can also view the LWF slab details on the page.

On the LWF Policies page, from the State dropdown list, select the state for which you want to view the LWF policy.
