The LWF is a fund set up by some places to give workers benefits and facilities. Its policies explain the rules for managing and using the fund, like who can qualify, what benefits are included, how to claim, and important dates or documents needed.
The LWF Policies page in the greytHR Admin portal helps you to view the policies related to labor welfare fund (LWF) for each state. The page displays the frequency of contribution (monthly/quarterly), and the month when the LWF contribution started. You can also view the LWF slab details on the page.
To view the LWF Policies page, click the Settings icon > System Settings > Payroll > LWF Policies.
To view the LWF policies, perform the following actions:
On the LWF Policies page, from the State dropdown list, select the state for which you want to view the LWF policy.
The Effective Date auto-populates and displays Contribution Frequency and Contribution Start Month. You can also view the table which displays Min Limit, Max Limit, Employee Contribution, and Employer Contribution.
