It is necessary to keep track of the time an employee spends away from the office during office hours. The reason for spending time away can be official or personal such as visiting a customer site, visiting a bank, or working from home. This generates a need to record the time when employees are spending outside during office hours.Β
To help you record and authorize such absences, greytHR has come up with a whole new feature- The Regularization & Permission feature. The feature aims to enable you to record, approve/reject, and track the employees' mini-absences.
The Regularization & Permission feature helps an employee to apply for permission to step out in advance. Applying for permission helps the employees avoid attendance regularization and the manager to plan work.
