Assigning an attendance scheme is crucial for tracking and managing employee attendance effectively. It ensures accurate records, timely payroll, and fair evaluation. It simplifies administration, boosts productivity, and promotes a structured work environment. Choosing the right scheme fosters transparency, accountability, and efficient workforce management.
The Assign Attendance Scheme page in the greytHR Admin portal helps you to view all the employees assigned to the default attendance scheme. The page enables you to make changes to the assigned attendance scheme. You can add, edit, or assign attendance to employees as per your requirements.Â
You can also view the list of employees who are not assigned to any attendance scheme. The page displays the details such as Employee Name, Employee No, Date Of Join, Scheme, Effective From, and Error.
To view the Assign Attendance Scheme page, navigate to Leave > Admin > Assign Attendance Scheme.
You can perform the following actions on the Assign Attendance Scheme page:
Assign attendance scheme to unassigned employees.
Change attendance scheme of the employees.
To assign the attendance scheme to unassigned employees, perform the following actions:
From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Leave > Admin > Assign Attendance Scheme.
On the Assign Attendance Scheme page, click Unassigned Employee(s). The list of employees who are not assigned to any attendance scheme appears.
Using the Employee Filters, Employee, and Scheme filters, customize the employee list further.Â
Using the checkboxes, select the employees to whom you want to assign the attendance scheme.Â
From the Assigned Selected Employees To dropdown list, select the required option.
From the Effective From dropdown calendar, select the required date.
Click the Assign button to assign the attendance scheme to selected employees.
To change the attendance scheme of the employees, perform the following actions:
From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Leave > Admin > Assign Attendance Scheme.
On the Assign Attendance Scheme page, using the Employee Filters, Employee, and Scheme filters, customize the list of employees.Â
Using the checkboxes, select the employees to whom you want to assign the attendance scheme.Â
From the Assigned Selected Employees To dropdown list, select the required option.
From the Effective From dropdown calendar, select the required date.
Click the Assign button to change the attendance scheme of the selected employees.
Note: You can also click the Delete button to delete the attendance scheme of the selected employees.
