Viewing employees' attendance details in bulk refers to the capability of accessing and reviewing attendance information for multiple employees simultaneously or in a consolidated manner. Instead of viewing attendance details individually for each employee, this feature allows you to view and analyze attendance data in a bulk or aggregated format.
The Attendance Muster page in the greytHR Admin portal allows you to view and edit the monthly attendance details of your employees. After processing the swipes, leaves, holidays, and attendance regularization, you can view the information on this page.Â
The page displays the details such as the number of leaves taken and the number of present days & absent days for each employee. The letters in each cell represent the attendance status of the employees. You can understand the letters using the legends available at the bottom of the page.
To view the Attendance Muster page, click Leave > Information > Attendance Muster.
You can perform the following actions on the Attendance Muster page:
View/Edit attendance details.
Download attendance details.
To view/edit the attendance details, perform the following actions:
On the Attendance Muster page, using the Employee, Category, and Month dropdown filters, customize the list of employees.
Select the required employee.
Under the date/day column, click the respective cell and enter the letter displayed under the Legend as per your requirements.
Note: You can also insert multiple values in a cell based on the number of sessions configured for a day. For example - If an employee is present in the morning session and absent in the afternoon session, you can mention the attendance status as P:A for the day.
To download the attendance details, you can perform the following actions:
On the Attendance Muster page, using the Employee, Category, and Month dropdown filters, customize the list of employees.
Click Excel Export to download the required employees’ attendance muster.
