Customize page layout for payslips

A payslip, also known as a paycheck stub or salary statement, is a document that provides employees with a summary of their earnings, deductions, taxes, and other financial details for a specific pay period. Customizing the page layout for payslips involves making changes to the structure, formatting, and presentation of the payslip document.

The Page Layouts page in the greytHR Admin portal enables you to customize the payslips as per your company policies. Using the page you can also customize the payslipsโ€™ header and footer. The employees can view the payslip in their ESS portal.

To view the Page Layouts page, click the Settings icon > System Settings > Miscellaneous > Page Layouts.

Customize page layout

To customize the page layout, perform the following actions:

  1. On the Page Layouts page, from the Page dropdown list, select the required page. The table appears.

  2. From the Fields column, select the required field and drag and drop it into the table.

  3. Click Save to customize the page layout.
