  2. Admin configures signatories for letter templates.

  3. Admin creates letter templates.

  4. Employee raises request or Manager raises a request letter on behalf of the team member.

  5. Employee tracks request.

  6. Reviewer reviews letter requests.

  7. Admin tracks employee's letter requests.

  8. Admin monitors letter requests.

  9. Admin generates and publishes letters.

  10. Employee download letters or Employee views documents on the mobile app.

  11. Admin views the number of letters generated.
