Frequently Asked Questions

What is the greytHR Recruit Overview page?

The greytHR Recruit Overview page is a central dashboard that gives Hiring Managers, Recruiters, and Interviewers a snapshot of all ongoing recruitment activities. It surfaces pending actions, candidate progress, job statuses, and upcoming interviews in one place.

Who can access the Overview page?

The Overview page is accessible to Hiring Managers, Recruiters, and Interviewers. Each role sees relevant sections based on their responsibilities in the recruitment process.

What are Approval Requests on the Overview page?

Approval Requests allow authorized users to approve or reject job publishing requests. When a job opening requires approval before going live, it appears here so the designated approver can take action promptly.

How does Interviewer Availability work?

The Interviewer Availability section displays open time slots for interviewers. Recruiters can use this to schedule telephonic or face-to-face interviews based on when interviewers are free, avoiding scheduling conflicts.

What is the Attending This Interview notification?

When an interview is scheduled, both the interviewee and the interviewer receive a notification asking them to confirm their availability or propose an alternative time. This helps ensure all parties are aligned before the interview takes place.

How do I submit an Interview Scorecard?

After an interview is completed, navigate to the "Submit Interview Scorecard" section on the Overview page, enter scores and feedback for the candidate. All submitted scorecards are tracked and accessible for review.

Where can I view recent interview feedback?

The "Recently Collected Interview Feedback" section on the Overview page lists feedback submitted from recent interviews, helping teams quickly review evaluations without digging into individual job or candidate records.

What does Candidates - Active Jobs show?

This section tracks candidates across active job openings and groups them into three statuses: In Pipeline (candidates being evaluated), Offers (candidates who have received an offer), and Hired (candidates who have accepted and joined).

What is "Candidates In Pipeline - All Jobs"?

This section gives a broader view of all candidates currently in the hiring pipeline across every job, showing which stage each candidate is at β€” screening, review, interview, or on hold β€” helping recruiters monitor overall pipeline health.

What job status categories are shown in the Jobs section?

The Jobs section displays insights across five statuses: Closed (no longer accepting applications), On Hold (temporarily paused), Published (live and visible to candidates), Unpublished (not yet live), and Unlisted (accessible via direct link but not listed publicly).

What does the Calendar on the Overview page show?

The Calendar gives a consolidated view of all scheduled interviews β€” those you have scheduled, interviews scheduled by others that you are part of, and interviews you are reviewing. It helps you plan your time and avoid clashes.

What is the Career Page section?

Located on the right side of the Overview page, the Career Page section lets you share and view your organisation's career page β€” a public listing of all current job openings. You can copy the link to share it externally or preview how it appears to candidates.

What is Recently Viewed Jobs?

This section maintains a quick-access list of job postings you have recently opened or reviewed, helping you return to jobs you were actively working on without having to search again.
