Reimbursement payslips provide several benefits, such as transparency in expense claims, accurate reimbursement calculations, and timely reimbursement processing. The payslips might help you to streamline the reimbursement process, reduce errors and discrepancies, and minimize the workload of HR and finance teams.
Additionally, reimbursement payslips can help your organization to maintain compliance with legal and tax regulations and provide a clear audit trail of expense claims and reimbursements.
The Reimbursement Payslip page in the greytHR Admin portal allows you to view and download the employee's reimbursement payslip. You can view the payslip only if the employee has claimed any reimbursement. The payslip displays the reimbursement type and the amount employee spends from their pocket.
To view the Reimbursement Payslip page, navigate to Payroll > Published Info > Reimbursement Payslip.
To view an employee's reimbursement payslip, perform the following actions:
From the greytHRย Adminย portal, navigate to Payroll > Published Info > Reimbursement Payslip.
On the Reimbursement Payslip page, from the select an employee search box, search for the employee whose payslip you want to view. The page displays the reimbursement payslip of the selected employee.
Click the Download button to download the reimbursement payslip of the selected employee.
