Manage employees' direct salary transfer

Updated on May-2023

Transferring salary for employees is a feature to facilitate bank transfers for employee payments. This feature allows employers to directly deposit salaries, bonuses, and other payments into employee bank accounts, rather than issuing paper checks or other forms of payment.

The Bank Transfer page in the greytHR Admin portal helps you to transfer salaries using employees’ or employer’s bank. The page displays a list of all the bank transfers for the current payroll month. This page categorizes the information into Bank Transfers, Void Transfers, Pending Employees, and Completed Employees tab. You can even download the bank transfer statement.

To view the Bank Transfer page, click Payroll > Payout > Bank Transfer.
