Updated inΒ March- 2024 |Β Subscribe to watch greytHR how-to video

An employee's quick salary statement is a summary of their earnings and deductions for a specific pay period. It typically includes the employee's gross pay, which is the total amount of earnings before any deductions are made, and their net pay, which is the amount of pay they receive after all deductions are taken out.

The Quick Salary Statement page in the greytHR Admin portal allows you to view the salary statement of the employees after processing payroll. The statement contains the details such as HRA arrears, Gratuity, Conveyance, PF, ESI, and Income. The page also enables you to download the salary statement.

To view the Quick Salary Statement page, click Payroll > Verify > Quick Salary Statement.
