YTD summaries are important in daily life as they provide a clear overview of your progress and achievements throughout the year. By reviewing YTD summaries, you can track your financial status, performance, and goals. They help in making informed decisions, identifying areas for improvement, and planning for the future. YTD summaries simplify information, save time, and enable effective self-assessment and goal-setting.
The YTD Summary page on the greytHR Admin portal allows you to view the summary of an employee's total earnings, deduction, and net pay for a selected financial year. The summary displays the details such as Deductions, PF, PROF TAX, Net pay, Days in Month, LOP, and EFF Work Days. The page also allows you to download the YTD summary in pdf format.
To view the YTD Summary page, click Payroll > Published Info > YTD Summary.
To view and download the YTD summary, perform the following actions:
On the YTD Summary page, from the search an employee search box, search for the employee whose YTD summary you want to view.
From the year dropdown list, select the required year. The page displays the summary of the selected year, such as Net Pay, Days in Month, and EFF Work Days.
Click the Download As PDF button to download the YTD summary of the selected employee.
