Employee asset details section is an important feature that helps employers manage their employee assets more efficiently and accurately. By providing this information, employees can ensure that they are using the assets properly, and employers can maintain accurate records for compliance and asset management purposes. It also helps to track the location of assets and monitor their usage.
The Assets page in the greytHR Admin portal allows you to monitor and manage your employees' assets in an organized and systematic manner. There are various types of assets that an organization provides to its employees, such as laptops, mobile phones, and data cards. On this page, you can view the details of the assets allocated for an employee, such as asset type, asset number, model number, serial number, and purchase date.
To view the Assets page, click Employee > Information > Assets.
To view the allocated asset details of an employee, perform the following actions:
On the Assets page, from the Search Employee search box, enter the name or number of an employee. The page displays a detailed view of the allocated assets of the selected employee.
